Exchange Policy

  1. 14-Day Easy Exchange

    • Request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order—no questions asked!

    • Please ensure the original brand tag remains intact on the product.

  2. Domestic Orders Only

    • Exchanges are available exclusively for orders within India.

    • We currently do not process exchanges for international orders.

  5. Hassle-Free Pickup

    • We offer free doorstep pickup for your convenience.

    • Your exchange order will be dispatched promptly after pickup.

  6. Prepaid Requirement for Orders Below ₹1000

    • Exchange orders valued below ₹1000 must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for these exchanges.

  7. Exclusions on Coupons for Exchange Orders

    • Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied to exchange orders.

  8. Multiple Exchanges

    • Need another exchange? We can accommodate multiple exchanges with an additional nominal logistics fee of ₹300 per exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

  • After 30 minutes, cancellations are not possible as we promptly begin processing your order.
