Smars Jewelry is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. 

 All international orders are non-refundable 

The Customer Shall bear all Custom Duties/Charges

Merchandise bought at full price:

At Smars Jewelry, we offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy after receiving the product for all designs bought at a total price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website. Please do notify us by writing to us at support@smarsjewelry.com 

We do not provide reverse pick-up services. 

1. For exchange, please drop us an email to support@smarsjewelry.com  with your original order number along with details of the exchange. 

2. Once approved, we will collect the item from your end and you don't have to bear any charge.

3. Our team will call you after we receive the courier and confirm the product change.

4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.

5. However, if an exchange order is less than ₹1000 then you can't avail COD benefits. You have to make a prepaid payment

6. Also, you can't avail any coupon on exchange orders.

7. Multiple exchanges are not allowed on same order .
