Merchandise bought at full price:
At Smars Jewelry, we offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy after receiving the product for all designs bought at a total price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website. Please do notify us by writing to us at komal@smarsjewelry.com
We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
1. For exchange, please drop us an email to komal@smarsjewelry.com with your original order number along with details of the exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)
3. Our team will call you once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
